T12 Registration
Check-in will begin 45 minutes and end 15 minutes before posted start times. For regular OJBT events, check-in will usually start at 7:45am and end at 8:15am.
For tournaments with limited fields, bowlers who do not alert tournament staff nor show up before the end of the designated check-in period may forfeit their spot to the next available person on the waitlist.
Tournament staff reserve the right to modify check-in times as needed.
Tournament bowlers who are confirmed on posted rosters are responsible for notifying tournament staff (whether in-person or via call, text, email, Direct Message, etc.) if they cannot attend for whatever reason. Notification is required before the end of check-in for the specific tournament. Bowlers who do not notify tournament staff will be considered a “No Call, No Show.”
“No Call, No Show” bowlers, at the discretion of the Tournament Director, may be excluded from tournament registration at certain venues due to limited field sizes.
